The content here — including photos of our work, service descriptions, and articles — is provided for general information. You may browse and share it, but please do not copy our project photography or written content for commercial use without permission.
Estimates and pricing
- Any prices, ranges, or examples shown on this site are illustrative and are not a binding quote.
- A binding price comes only from a written estimate we provide for your specific property after we have reviewed the work.
- Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and assume conditions that are visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage such as rot, water intrusion, or failed prior coatings may change the scope and price; we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior painting depends on temperature and moisture. We may reschedule work to protect the quality of the finish, and we will keep you informed if that happens.
Our work
We are a licensed Pennsylvania contractor (PA169997) and carry liability insurance. We stand behind our workmanship and will address defects in our own labor. Manufacturer warranties on paints and materials are provided by those manufacturers. Normal wear, damage caused by others, and problems arising from underlying conditions we disclosed are not covered.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written estimate or invoice. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice.
Communications
By giving us your phone number or email you agree that we may contact you about your project. Marketing text messages are sent only with your express written consent, and you can reply STOP at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Reviews and photos
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. If you would prefer that we not publish photos of your property, just tell us and we will not.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us for services. Nothing here limits any right you have under Pennsylvania consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
